We will replace, refund or repair the item depending on product availability. The customer must bear the cost of returning warranty items to base (this includes DOA items). Return postage to the customer will be covered by us.
We do not cover damage during transit, and only goods covered by insurance will be warranted for theft. Although all items will have to be signed for.
The warranty does not cover abnormal use or goods that have been tampered with in anyway.
It should be noted that we are very experienced in packaging goods and thus any damage occurring during transit is unlikely.
